Refund & Cancellation Policy

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) govern your relationship with https://madstash.co website (the “Service”) operated by Mad Stash Co., Ltd (“us”, “we”, or “our”).


All Event ticket reservations are to be paid in full upfront in order to reserve your ticket. Within 15 minutes of successful your tickets will be digitally issued to you via your provided email at checkout. 

In the event you are no longer able to attend the event, cancellation requests will be fulfilled up to 48 Hours Prior to the event starting for Full Refund.

HOWEVER

Failure to notify us of the cancellation with 48 Hours notice will result in no refund being given.

Refunds will be issued via the same method of payment your order was originally paid with.
